Here’s how to exercise to lose weight quickly. Listen, you’ve probably exercised before… but did you get the results you were hoping for? Probably not… but that’s ok. I’m going to show you some tricks on how to exercise for rapid weight loss.
1. Focus on exercises that work your whole body
For this, you need to do exercises where you are standing up. Something like sitting on a bike is very inefficient when it comes to total body work. Sure, it KINDA works the whole body, but not really.
You’re body is locked into a seated position and you barely move your upper body (generally speaking).
Think in terms of our ancestors. Did they have anything like a bike to work their bodies? Nope! If you want to be as efficient as possible at working your body, then you need to look to our ancestors since we have the same genetics as them. And they did everything STANDING UP.
I suggest you do exercises like hindu squats (rapid cardio bodyweight squats), jumping on a mini-trampoline, hula hooping, jumping rope, and incline treadmill walking.
2. If you do cardio, do it correctly… vary the intensity levels
You need to do High Intensity Interval Training to get the most fat burned in the least amount of time. I’ll save the “why” for another article, but here’s the “how” part.
Take walking, jogging, and running. All you need to do is vary what you’re doing. Do 15 seconds of walking and follow it up with 10 seconds of running… followed up by 20 seconds of jogging. Keep your body guessing. This forces your body to burn more fat off for energy since it doesn’t know what’s coming next.

Don’t play body fat exercise roulette. Listen, you’re probably putting in a lot of effort with minimal results with the exercises you’re currently doing. KILL THEM. Get rid of those exercises and try out what I’m going to share with you so that you can win yourself a new body in less time with less hassles.
1. Mini-trampoline jumping is the best exercise for most overweight people.
This is a low impact exercise that works the whole body. It saves you money and time since you don’t have to drive to and from the gym and pay a monthly membership fee of $40 a month.
At Wal-Mart, you can get a mini-trampoline for around $25. Put it in front of a tv and jump on it during a bunch of commercials. On average, the commercials last about 2 minutes each. So figure on using 10-20 commercials. Don’t worry, it’s not necessary to count out how many commercials you jumped on the mini-trampoline.
I know that’s a pain. As a rule of thumb, each 1 hour of TV has about 20 minutes of commercials. So figure that as 10 commercials and take a good guess as how far along you are.
2. Are you making this mistake while on a treadmill…
Walking or jogging on it while it’s flat? If so, you’re killing your weight loss results. BUT, there’s an easy fix to this. Just incline the treadmill to 15-20 degrees. Now however long you were walking on it before, do it again while on this incline.
Notice the difference? Your body does to and you’ll accelerate your weight loss because of this 1 small change.
Listen, I don’t know what exercises you do. Things like the stationary bike and common walking probably aren’t help you even though you’ve put a lot of time into them. Instead, replace them with the 2 “get rid of body fat exercises” I mentioned here and I’ll BETCHA you start to lose more weight within 5-8 days.

Finding The Time To Exercise After Having Kids
Being a mother is an around the clock job. Taking care of the kids, shopping, cooking, laundry, cleaning – and perhaps working part-time or full-time as well – all of this takes up a lot of energy. Getting some physical activity often ends up being last on the never-ending list of things to get done.
It is well-known that regular physical activity is crucial to our general health and well-being, and that its benefits, including more strength, energy and a positive attitude, are priceless. Still, many mothers can’t seem to find the time to fit it in the minimum 30 minutes of daily exercise health experts recommend.
But don’t be discouraged – it is entirely possible for you to find the time for regular exercise in your busy schedule. Follow these five tips to help you fit in fitness every day:
1. Exercise with your kids – Children instinctively love to move, so take advantage of this whenever you can. Go for a walk or a bike ride together, play soccer in your backyard, go for a swim at the pool or ice-skating at the local rink. 2. Ask dad to take over – At least once or twice a week, ask your partner to take care of the kids for an hour while you go to the gym or for a jog. The time alone will do wonders for your peace of mind. You will come back home energized and refreshed, and dad will have gotten some quality time alone with the kids.
3. Make a regular exercise date with a girlfriend – This is a great way to get some exercise and catch up with a close friend. Attend a yoga class together or go for a nice long walk.
4. Turn on the TV or the computer – Yes, you read that correctly! Sometimes, busy mothers need to get their exercise time any way they can. Your children won’t be irreparably harmed if they watch television or play on the computer for an hour so that you can work out on your treadmill or do some strength training with dumbbells. Just make sure that what is on the screen is educational.
5. Move more whenever you can – Experts tell us that as little as 10 minutes of exercise here and there during the course of a day are as beneficial as one long workout session, so be active whenever you can. Take the stairs instead of the elevator, or park a little farther away from your destination and walk the rest of the way. Instead of sitting down to watch your kids during soccer practice or while they play at the park, walk around at a brisk pace for a few minutes. When you’re at home, go up and down the stairs a few times in a row, do some squats with your young child in your arms, dance around with your kids to music, or jump on a mini trampoline for a few minutes. Every little bit of physical activity helps.
Mothers are very busy taking care of their family, often to the detriment of their own health and well-being. However, if you don’t take the time to take care of yourself, both you and your family will lose out in the long run. Regular exercise is possible if you make it a priority and are committed to being active every chance you get.
